Chris spoke to me about my issue over the phone minutes after I requested a quote. He gave me advice on how to diagnose the issue and advised me that I would probably need an appliance technician to resolve the issue, rather than costing me money on a diagnosis that would give me the same information. All of this was free of charge, and he offered for me to call him back if I had any further questions. Chris was responsive to my request for a quote and called to clarify the connection of a new cooktop. All his team advised by name who was coming and how long before they would arrive, which they did punctually. They all wore masks as requested, wore clean shoes inside the house, very courteous and professional, knowledgeable and willing to spend extra effort and time to satisfy my preferences and concerns. All work was done excellently. At the first visit, their complimentary safety check revealed several items that need to be fixed, which they did promptly the next day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Put my job on OneFlare on the 3rd Aug 2020. Within 30mins, I got two calls. One from other electrician, the second one from Local and Licensed. The lady Sue from Local and Licensed was friendly and helpful. She organised her crew to visit me on the 4th Aug 2020. The licensed electrician Calum attended the site as promised, inspected the work, and came up with a detailed quote within 30mins on the spot. He went through the job details with me on that day. We both agreed on the price and scope of work. Then Calum schedule the work to be started on the 5th Aug 2020 7am in the morning. Their crew did turn up on-time that freezing cold morning on the 5th. They carried out the agreed work with care and professionalism. Part of the works were tricky (like running cables through existing fully furnished walls) but they have demonstrated patience and due diligence. No damages or scratches on my new home as a result of the extra electrical work by Local and Licensed. From quote to job completion done within 2 days AND reasonable price AND so responsive, what more could you want buddy?

I was impressed by the professionalism of these guys - my bathroom lighting project was carefully scoped. When faced with some unforeseen structural problems, Local and Licensed came up with an alternative solution that was equivalent, if not better, in value. Wow! I didn't hire Chris because he suggested a better and cheaper solution for me, after we sms-ed to chat about the job and I sent him photos of it.
